ZUR ATTIAS SUPPORTS KIVA
Kiva is a non-profit organization dedicated to alleviating world-wide poverty through microfinancing and loans. With individuals lending as little as $25 to help create opportunity, Kiva has since its founding in 2005, received funds from over 565,079 lenders and provided over $200 million in loans to 58 different countries. Kiva believes in providing safe, affordable access to capital to those in need. Kiva is funded through the support of lenders whose optional donations go directly toward funding loans. Kiva does not take any compensation nor does Kiva charge interest to those administering the loans on the ground. There are many ways to get involved including making a loan, purchasing a Kiva card, or working or volunteering for the organization both locally and abroad.
